Prior to being called to the Bar he has extensive Corporate working experience in Sales & Marketing, HR / Admin / Personnel Department in public listed company that has business interest in property development, construction, office & retail and hotels. |

Whilst working in corporate sector he had handled various nature of problems relating to HR matters amongst others initiation, preparation and handling Domestic Inquiries and disciplinary matters. Represented Company during IR conciliation meetings and at the Industrial Court and conducting Labour Court cases. |

He obtained his degree in Law (LLB Hons) in 1997 and continued his service in the private sector until 2001. He did his pupilage and continued his service with Messrs Ramadass & Associates in Kuala Lumpur and on 1.5.2006 established his own practice. |
